Jeremy Winstead
Chairman
Jeremy has been a resident of Oregon since 1987, and currently resides in Central Oregon. He has been involved in volunteerism and philanthropy effort since youth, and continues to drive that passion to help others forward with the efforts of Parental Equality Network. With nearly 15 years experience in the banking industry, and a targeted focus on Compliance and Community Development efforts, Jeremy provides the knowledge and expertise to develop and manage our nonprofit organization efficiently and effectively.

Seth Laizure
President
Seth is a life-long Oregonian and currently resides in the Willamette Valley. He has over 14 years experience in the family law system, successfully litigating his own cases as well as advocating for other parents. Seth became involved with HOPE in 2016, and later served as the Board President. In 2017 he became involved as a lobbyist and introduced Senate Bill 550, which creates rebuttable presumption that equal parenting time is in the best interests of the child, and requires rebuttable of presumption by clear and convincing evidence. Through the efforts of PEN, Seth hopes to provide education for parents and encourage changes in laws that would allow the children of Oregon to have both parents in their lives.

Robert Crawford
Vice President
Robert has been a long-time resident of Oregon since 1976, and currently resides in Western Oregon. He served in the National Guard as a M60A1 Tank Operator from 1984 through 1990. In 2012 Robert became involved with assisting non-custodial parents obtain more visitation rights, and provided outreach services to help them understand the laws that now affect them. Working with various types of clients helped provide a better understanding of the struggles they face, which led Robert to form a personal Food Bank in 2013 to help non-custodial parents, and a separate nonprofit organization that helps feed the homeless. This work led to the partnership with James Wall, and the formation of HOPE (Helping Others with Parental Equality) in 2015, where Robert worked as the Board President. Robert also has many years of experience in community organizing, event planning and fundraising.

Meschell Anderson
Secretary
Meschell is an Oregon Native of the Willamette Valley and currently resides in Central Oregon. She started her volunteerism at the tender age of fifteen years old and has always had a passion to help others in need. Meschell has extensive knowledge in Early Childhood Development that includes Special Needs Childhood Development and always strives for an all inclusive atmosphere in whatever she undertakes. Meschell also has a background in Business and Administrative Management with a main focus on Customer Service.

James Wall
Treasurer
James has a passion for service and strengthening community networks. He has over twenty years of experiencing in working and volunteering for numerous nonprofits and civic organizations and is currently employed in homeless family services. His knowledge of logistics, process, and data analysis has lead to the development of management strategies that have increased momentum and overall business processes. James possess the ability to effectively communicate technical reports to non-technical audiences which will aid in the creation of strategic objectives and goals.

Alexander Malloy
Legal Advisor
Alexander has been a resident of Oregon since 2004 and currently lives in Southern Oregon. He became involved in the parental equality movement beginning in 2012 and has been instrumental in providing peer support to parents facing legal challenges in the family courts and raising awareness of their struggles in his community. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Applied Psychology, which for the last decade he has utilized by working in a number of social service roles including family coaching and advocacy, as well as case management for the aged and differently abled. Alexander is astute in the policies and statutes that affect Oregon family law outcomes and takes pride in helping others navigate through the complexities of the system while exploring creative solutions to meet their needs.
