About Us

Parental Equality Network (PEN) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was incorporated in July 2018 to provide education, advocacy and outreach services to individuals and families facing custody situations as a result of separation or divorce, and other custody related circumstances. All members of PEN are volunteers, and no members of PEN are paid or receive salary for the work they perform for the organization. This ensures that 100% of all funding provided to PEN is applied directly to support the organization and it's mission of helping others to achieve equality.
